| Policies | Check in between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00am. Children by special arrangement. Street parking is available. Smoking is permitted on the front porch only. Sorry no pets. |
| Rates | Rates range from $85 to $130 per night. We accept personal and travelers checks, cash is always welcome. Full refund with 14 days notice. |
| Special services | Round trip service available to Albany International Airport, train stations located in Hudson and Rensselaer, New York. Round trip fare $110. |

Saturday afternoon tea (in the terrace garden weather permitting) at 3:00pm. Advanced notice is requested. Box lunches are available for our guests. 24 hours notice is requested. |
